Tells you how much you will save by communting on a bus everyday. The whopping savings.... drum roll puleeeeeeze... $13 We are increasing gas taxes, spending ungodly amounts of money on transit up here in the PacNW and for what? $13 Not to mention the ride takes 2 hours (30 minutes in rush hour by car). Wonder what 3 hours of my wasting time sitting on a bus every day is worth to the economy in opportunity cost? What a load of bullshit! It is time for a reality check on mass transit systems. It is time for a reality check on mass transit systems. What a waste of money. King County Register your scoot in the city of Seattle and see what the Monorail tax brings it to.. you'll choke.. So much for those nifty $30 license renewal tags... the Monorail tax was an additional $3 bills on the Chief alone last year.. Its like a wet Kalifornia now days..
