Her books were abit dry, but the message..especially one of my favorites-"Atlas shrugged" really opens your eyes to why America is the best, but how precarious our success is, especailly in light of the ever-increasing socialist doctrines that have creeped into our laws and "moocher" attitudes. It should be required reading for every body, but instead, I have hisotry teachers trying to tell my kids that the republicans stole the election, and it was illegal, etc. Now, I admit, I'm not a republican, rather a distant relative, but the bias our teachers have just annoys me. However, I've educated my daughters to know better, or they'd be one of those silly hippy protesters that want free healthcare, WIC, and more government entitlement programs while undercutting the one thing the government is SUPPOSSED to do-Protect American Soil and interests.
