Thinking Mark Moses

Recommended Posts

I was just reading a article my monthly Amsoil magazine dealer edition written by Rob Stenberg director of dealer sales " Stop and think" 2% of the people think, 3% of the people think they think and 95% of the people would rather die than think. This made me think of Mark Moses now there is a man that is thinking. I have read some things that he has posted on facebook just as some of you have that follow him. PI just don't understand how lucky they have a man like him pushing the Indian name out there. A standard they should hold there other dealers to. Well thats my thought.

Mark has something going for him that you can't teach. You can't train. You can't learn. You can't buy. First he is a genuine, sincere person. Second, he is passionate about what he does. Third and most important, he is an honest, good man. All the fore mentioned means a hell of a lot to me. Rare in these times to find such an individual.

Agreed. Mark took time to give me some advice that I really valued, and he did it not because he was making a sale, but because he genially wanted to help.

I can remember when he had his first Gilroy era dealership up here in Northwest Ohio near Perrysburg. When Gilroy went under he renamed the shop North Coast Motorcycle and sold Triumph and some custom chopper brands. He soldiered on with that until the end of 2008 when he closed the doors. I'm not sure how long it took for him to relocate to the Charlotte N. Carolina area and get the King's Mountain era franchise going, but thankfully the Polaris buy-out had no adverse affect on his business and may have actually helped it.
