dk007
Nice job, Tom! I didn't even drive 27,000 miles in a year when I worked 50 miles one-way from the house. And KenB, thanks for putting this on and making the certificate. Keeps things interesting around here.

Micmac
I usually do 10-11 K, fucking shingles kept me from riding over 2K this ('14) year. It's tough riding down the road at 75mph feeling like someone is holding a blowtorch under your arm whilst stabbing you there with a butcher knife. I'm hoping it disappears soon. It hits you all at once, it hit me so hard one time I let go of the handle bars in 6 lanes of traffic. Kinda chilled after that and stuck to two lanes. Get the shot if you haven't. Micmac
Shit's nasty Ken. I'm serious, I used to watch the commercials and think, "Those poor bastards" I was right, I should'a got the vaccination. If you had Chicken Pox, do yourself a HUGE favor and get the shot. I was talking to a guy at the doctor's office (Neurologist) who treats shingles, poor fucker has em in his eyes! I swear before God, don't think I could take that.

You reminded me of this Pete, I was gonna get that shot, and now I am going to do it ASAP. My Mom had it last year, you almost wanna kill your self from the pain, it was under her arm as well.
toolmanjjl
Congratulations Tom you must have had a great summer. You set the bar pretty high for next year but it will be fun to try. Thanks for the contest Ken.
Indiansteve
Well done Tom Kelley. I tip my hat to anyone who rides 27k miles annually. I fear that by the time I have the available time to ride that many miles, I will not be able to do it physically. Congrats.
