TallRider
This was taken by a friend of mine recently at the Bellingham (WA) Greek Festival . . . but where's the fringe?
v-rodcpa
You'd get a really bad sunburn driving that.
dk007
Is that chrome or nickel? I've seen that some of the filthy rich sheiks in Dubai have Audis and Mercedes' with bodies that are made completely of silver.
2blackbelts
I believe that is actually a laminate that is put on. The vehicle is not even disassembled.

Scalper38
CKelly's right, it's paint. I watched somebody paint a car like that on TV once. It's a CRAZY process to watch and can't imagine trying to do it. If I recall right there were two guys and at least one if not both had paint guns in both hands spraying. Now, these days they may actually have a film like the body wraps to resemble chrome but I'd bet that one is painted.

KenB
I've seen bikes totally chromed like this in person a few times, and was totally UN-impressed. The chrome looses it's punch, and sort of all blends together. If you see the bike on a cloudy day, it looks like a white bike. I think chrome needs some contrasting color around it - just my opinion though.
Hitman
I saw a chromed-out Corvette the other day on my way home from work. My first thought was, "I wonder what fucking douche bag is driving that disco ball"...
