Most people do nor really realize how far off the rails those kooks have gotten. CARB has cost me a ton of money just to be Ca. compliant.

It's legal, they found a loophole, so let's hear it for anybody being able to buy unregistered and untraceable assault weapons.

The mayor says it's a signage ordinance. So put up a new sign that meets the ordinance requirements and advertise. Don't make a big deal out of nothing.

There's no such thing as an "assault weapon" one more made up term by spastic gun control assholes to vilify firearms.

Gun registration leads to gun confiscation, just ask New York and Connecticut residents.

If you think it can't happen here in the USA, ask Britain and Australia if they ever thought it would happen to them.

keep dreamin' and spinnin' to your own tune. I used the term, you making it personal?

And if he is? So what? It's a personal issue.

ANYTHING used to assault another is an "assault weapon", even a frikken rock. Air Pirate is dead on...I can kill someone just as dead with a single-shot Sharps rifle just as quickly as an AK or AR, the liberals accepted definitions of assault weapon. Probably the greatest "assault rifles" ever and certainly killed the most combatants were bolt action rifles. The gun control idiots can suck it...molon labe...if they dare.

I can recognize a brick wall when I encounter it. Just a matter of how many times I want to bang my head against it, I guess.

Yep....and when it comes to your leftist views and obvious disdain for firearms, you can just keep beating your head against that wall. Doesn't hurt me one bit.

assault weapons by definition are capable of select fire and few other things related to caliber and use for most part....bayonet lug, etc.

the term does not apply to every semi-auto weapon that happens to have a military style handguard and buttstock....you can put them on a .22, a .410 shotgun or anything else.

mass hysteria to an uninformed public...

hell, anyhone miss the 30 dead and hundreds wounded in China when a group of terrorists pulled SWORDS and started hacking and slashing and stabbing at train station? Nobody there was armed to fight back and by time cops arrived most damage done...killed four, arrested one with many others believed escaped.

Imagine how many lives could be saved if ONE PERSON had a 15 round 9mm handgun and engaged them.......

It is no coincidence that nearly every single mass shooting or such in United States happens in area that is a Gun Free Zone...and the FIRST resistance the gunman receives...they shoot themselves whether they are out of ammo or not. From the guy in Oregon that was engaged by a concealed weapon holder and then shot himself to the recent guy a week or two ago that did the same. They dont want people to shoot back...that is why they go for soft, easy, undefended targets.....

unfortunately all of my weapons were lost...I was going across Lake Marion in my canoe and had all my firearms loaded in it with me for a week of camping...when I capsized...all were lost at the bottom of a very very very deep man-made lake. I did not have them insured so doubt I will ever be able to replace them. :( :(

Seems to be a common occurrence in these parts actually....we need better boating safety when transporting heavy loads..... :)

Sorry to hear about your canoe trip. That's the most common way of losing stuff like that. Happened to me twice.
