TOMCENTRAL
having yourself taxidermied, stuffed and mounted on your bike in a glass coffin... creepy. And a waste of a good motorcycle. Yea,My father died a year ago December. He was a wildman in his youth & even robbed a bank.I had him cremated,Loaded him up in my saddlebag(Last Ride) & took him to Tombstone Az.I then sneaked his ashes into Boothill Cemetary, said a prayer & his ashes were laid to rest.I thought that was appropriate. IndianTrue
That is true family denial, he was quoted on his death bed stating he wanted to be buried on an Indian Chieftain but the family decided they can't sacrifice an Indian.

TallRider
Funerals and burials are for the living . . . as was said above . . . when you're dead - you're dead.
KenB
Funerals and burials are for the living . . . as was said above . . . when you're dead - you're dead. Just cremate me and toss my ashes out back. As for my bikes... It probably doesn't matter since I'll not be around to see how it goes. I definitely DON'T want either to go to my imbecile son-in-law. (I have 2 SIL's, only one is an imbecile) If my grand son is into riding I'll give my bikes to him, otherwise I'll just have them sold and the money donated to a rescue animal shelter. But making a gross monument of yourself just seems wrong on a lot of levels. Self idolatry.

toycar10
I told my daughter to have me cremated and stick me in the handle bars, then she can have the bike and we can continue to ride together.
