I talked to ckelly last night and hes been in the hospital. prayers sent out to him and his wife. my darkhorse has went through more mods (and a swim in the missisipi), but is running better than ever, and its gotten some local attention as well. I'll post links soon. I'm now focused on looking for a gilroy Chief with a champion legend sidecar for my father. I did try a different site long time ago but it vanished after a month or so. I think theres been a issue with his defib. they've been keeping him in the hospital for days if I understood correctly. I'm trying to get him to sell me his his red fat tire chief. I can tell he wants to get rid of it badly real cheap. He should feel awful for having 25 Indians and his poor wife can't even park her car in the garage. rick, thanks again for your help up north. You meet the nicest people on a Indian. I owe you at the very least some gas money for driving all over looking for a replacement chock. I had no problems on the way home by just tieing down all 4 corners. I ended up just rewelding the chock I had as I like how easy it is to remove it when its in the way. I was asked back but probably just to smack me around and see more pics of naked butt on the darkhorse, but I've got some stuff I can write up on these km bikes that might be interesting and helpful to some of us. we rode into the drink a couple months ago and the bike was in the water for awhile up to the bottom of the tank. I had been contemplating a kiwi built to my likimg, but unfortunatly I just wont be able to make it happen when the 53 starts out around 50 grand. I can handle 35ish, but I just dont want one bad enough for 50 plus, although I feel its worth every penny. I didnt realise all the famous clientel that he had.
