RickkciR
Anybody here attend the Republic of Texas Rally in Austin in June? http://www.rotrally.com/ I've been 4 of the last five years.. have a spot reserved on site, but planning on staying off - site in an nearby RV park. Ond the top 'crazy' rallys in the country ... if you like lots of women, and minimal clothing... They calmed down the parade route last year... too many injuries, etc ( 2 mile route within the Fairgrounds where pretty much anything goes ) Something to experience, riding around on your bike, with a beer in your hand, saying 'hello' to the cops working the grounds....... lschultz
Son and I were there last year for a while. Bronson (Southern Metal Choppers) has the display of bikes inside and leads the parade to town. He had me bring my two Cushman's up for the Vintage show last year. Tried to get him to ride one of the Cushman's when he lead the parade last year. :ooh2: :ooh2:
Rosie
Been there. Too many people for my liking's. I'm uncomfortable in large crowds, so I won't be back.
Dr. Mark
Been there. Too many people for my liking's. I'm uncomfortable in large crowds, so I won't be back. And they made fun of the Vespa...

RickkciR
Interesting.... Spoke to guy yesterday here locally that was going crazy over seeing my Chief out in front of the bar we 'd stopped at ... He told me he was at ROT last year and there were something like 50 Indian Bikes there... an Indian best of show, etc, etc.. First I'd ever heard of that .. ( I went in '08-'11, but missed last year) Anyone else aware of this congregation last year?
Rosie
And they made fun of the Vespa... Dissed by guys that ride black harleys. I feel like Rodney Dangerfield.....
lschultz
Anyone else aware of this congregation last year? First I heard of that. I saw some a few Indians. I will have to ask Bronson (Southern Metal Choppers) he ran the show inside and leads the parade. Son and I were there Saturday and back there Sunday to pick up the Cushman's. I don't remember Bronson saying anything about Indians.
