Ama Asgaya
Watched some myself, and it does appear they have some Major bets against the teams that I happen to be pulling for.
maninbox
Those weren't real refs but rather an incredible simulation.

maninbox
In my opinion, all the teams that deserved to lose, lost. Can't blame it on the replacement penguins.

hasbin
I don't really care who wins any of the games as we don't have a "home team" but if this is the best they have I will be riding, come to think of it, I will be riding anyway

Dr. Mark
The NFL wants to cut 3 million a year out of the ref's pension contributions. That amount represents 0.085% of the league's TV revenue deal. Hell, they might go broke.

Sam Hayne
The best part is the NFL is not backing down on these refs. They stick by them. A few reasons why this won't end soon The NFL owners want to save cash & don't want to give in to the refs. The refs are NOT full time. They have jobs during the week & good ones. Ed Hoculi is a very well known lawyer. That means none of the REAL refs need money. They aren't going broke by not doing games, so they can wait it out. Until a Jerry Jones or some big time owner speaks up, nothing will happen because Roger Goodell is the mouthpiece for the owners, especially in labor disputes. I listen to NFL radio alot. Tim Ryan said right now, the amount of money they are battling over amounts to $50,000 a team. What is that? Half a games soda sales? longrider
Most ref's suck anyway NFL NBA right on down to the high school sports.
hasbin
If all the people that purchased the NFL package called Direct TV & cancelled the remaining games along with the sports bars, and everybody else quit watching & going to the games I think it would send a message, but that won't happen. It would be funny if it did...
