Whether it’s a fat population, high rate of STDs or excessive tax rate, it turns out that every state ranks dead last in at least one unsavory category. The reason why all states are bad is very obvious to me, that is cause they're all run by politicians!

Some of these facts were rather surprising, others not so much. Part of the problem is too much government involvement in our life.

I can't agree. Most of these issues are a result of bad behavor by the people involved. Cocanine use, not the gvmt, teen pregnancy, dont think so, low SAT scores, can't blame them. Highest corporate taxes, ok, got to give you that one.
