Hopefully everyone gets to see it with no problems. I hope that everyone had a nice Christmas and are able to recover from all the holiday food by now! We finally shut down the resort for the winter season and ready to get some R&R. 2010 has been a strange year with lots of things going on but we're very grateful that we closed out the season with no major problems and with mostly happy customers! That's always the goal of course. We have a little bit of work to do to close out our books and then Mike will get busy with the IRIP 8 logo/picture etc. This year, we have some extra help from some of the riders for ideas. We're hoping that we'll have a nice design for our t-shirts this year. In the meantime, I have sent out the confirmations for your rooms/condos to you. I hope you have received it. If not you will need to let me know please. While we don't ask for a security deposit (as most of you come every year) we would like to know if you're not coming so we can have a chance to give that room to another person. Or if your arrival and departure dates are different than what it shows on your confirmation please send us an e-mail so we can correct it. Remember our dates are May 15th thru May 22. If you haven't booked a unit we still have some condos available and also I believe Cottages got some rooms open too. (their phone# 417 338 2621) Mike and I have decided to take a trip to Turkey for a month and we're leaving on Jan 18th. Until then you can call us directly or e-mail to us. Supergirl Posted May 11, 2011 Author Share Posted May 11, 2011 This year, we've added two new events to our rally. First, the Newly Wed game hosted by Danny. His jeopardy game will still be held on Wed 18th. And his new game will be held on Friday May 20th. Don't miss it as Danny and the participants make a very memorable night for all of us. Our second event will be held on Thursday May 19th. This is called " Ladies Night" This will be hosted right after the Deer Chili Dinner(5pm) in the conv ctr around 7:30 pm(depends on how fast we can get the guys out of there) MG will be in charge of hosting the games. We'll have prizes, a dessert bar and a lot of fun. We're hoping that we'll have many attendees and make this an annual tradition at IRIP. Also, we want to put this out there and see if we can get any luck!.... We also want to host a "Sexy Male Dance Competition" on our Ladies Night. We're looking for participants who would be brave enough (and probably drunk enough too) to come and add more fun to our party. The participants would be showing off their dance skills and dance skills only!!! (They get to keep their clothes on ) The winner will be rewarded with a bottle of fine whisky and a lot of congrats from the ladies audience. If you think you'd want to participate let us know.
