This is a damn good article and some of it will apply to Indian in the long run. Hell, it applies to all brands of Motorcycles. Make sure you click the little forward arrow to read all 3 pages. Some of it has recently been talked about here alreaady but this article tied alot of info and ideas together. Enjoy.

Alot of the exact points were brought up in the Blackhawk thread, and I'm guessing we don't have near the marketing/business modeling skills the interviewees for this article have--maybe common sense still applies!! "Apply way more common sense and way less non-sense to a situation" :Beer-Chug[1]: is one of my favorite theories.

I know, that's why I posted this one seperatly. If enough seperate voices say the same thing, maybe there is some truth to it. Hmmm. Marketing info is worth millions of dollars. It's amazing that your customers will give it to you for free. :Beer-Chug[1]: I like the idea that Indian is showing prototypes at Sturgis so they can get customer feedback before going into full production.
