Boss
'Bout as far away as I could imagine but I welcome Calgary with open arms...... Damn that is the route I took when I picked up my bike in Aug 05 but rode to Fort Mcmurray another 12 hours. Man what was I thinking.....I do again in heart beat 4200 miles in 6 days, 100deg everyday, no spare trigger, no knowledge at all on what might happen. Didn't care I think I even sunburned my teeth that trip.
Boss
Kelowna B.C. will be closer yet their website is not up yet but here's the info : Indian Motorcycle - 3575 Alcan Road, Kelowna , B.C. 250-807-2697 Met the owner of the Kelowna shop today at the Charlotte Dealership. Stand up guy and good plans with the dealership. Said his bikes arrive next week and then away he goes. Sounds like the Calgary dealer will have a new building, he has some hard competion to come close to Marks store, damn nice place. Even the shop is a show piece. And yes I did my Xmas shopping there. Boss
4200 miles is a heck of a trip, you are a real pioneer type, much applause. Naw lots of boys pound the miles on by far better then me. I have a short riding season so I make it worth my while. The problem with trips like that is the pit stops are so long because of all the great stories you pick up along the way. Probably get 2 stories for every mile you go.
