RickMeans Posted July 7, 2009 Share Posted July 7, 2009 This just in : Boston, MA) On Friday, July 3, 2009, Larry Cahill, Vince Silva, Mike Longtin, Bill Gannon and I, filed the attached lawsuit at the Suffolk Superior Court, against the City of Boston and its officials, seeking injunctive and declaratory relief, seeking to strike down a recently enacted Ordinance calling for $300 fines to be issued to owners of parked or running motorcycles without a readily visible EPA imprint. The Court accepted the filing and scheduled a preliminary hearing for this Thursday, July 9th. Please lets vote all these a holes out of office and let them see what it's like in the REAL world , where they have to actually show up to work and be productive.
