MeanGene
This mean Crane HI-4 ignitions are gone too ?? Nope, according to the e-mail I got from S&S, they have purchased all the Crane motorcycle valvetrain and ignition stuff, and intend to continue to sell & service it. Rosie
This mean Crane HI-4 ignitions are gone too ?? Harris gets the automotive valve-train part of the Crane Cams business. S&S gets the motorcycle valve-train part of the business, as well as the automotive and motorcycle electronics portion, Scaletta said. Electronics includes such equipment as ignition systems, distributors and wiring harnesses, Scaletta said. S&S probably will have those Crane Cams items made in Daytona Beach, he said. “This is our first large-scale entry into the automotive market,” Scaletta said. This is from an article in the La Crosse Tribune
