RedWazoo
Well started the night with my usual Yager shots and beers....3 warm up strikes and my anchor man said sit down and don't waste any more of those... 11 strikes later I turned around and the whole place was behind me clapping and all 24 lanes were quiet.... I thought " just pick it up and throw it" ....insted I walked down to the table where it was pretty crowded grabbed the pitcher of beer that was sitting there chugged a few gulps out of it, everyone started laufin and it broke the ice a little. Got up , picked up the ball ...the pins looked fuzzy and my legs felt like rubber bands....Throw at the arrow....throw at the arrow....PACK TEN BABY !!!!!!!! Best part was that my Grandpa (88yrs) and Mom (66) were there to witness it, PRICELESS. It's a fun league not sanctioned, no ring but family and friends make it all worth while.......Did finish with a 833 series tho....KICK ASS! Monk
It was the Yager......Congrats to you..... I'm a "Professional Amateur" in eight ball, love the game. It's a great feeling shooting all plus the eight ball in one turn. Maybe it was the Crown Royal??? Monk

Pete, You humble dude, you. Good for you.I suck so bad at bowling that I make sure I don't end up at a bowling alley more than once every three years.Because I struggle with the sport I am in awe that someone can throw that many strikes at a time to earn 300. I have a sports hiearchy and adhere to it...as long as I can still play, softball will come first, fishing second and pool third. All of these come AFTER cruisin' on my Scout of course. Send me a PM amd let me know how tx is going for you ? Alisa

RedWazoo
Thanks all, counting the 3 warm ups I actually threw 23 strikes in a row til a split stopped me. started the third game with another 8 in a row till I got tapped. It was the perfect storm !
Injun Pete
Hey BRW...Congrats on the 833.....by all acounts the 833 is much harder to roll than the 300...not that the 300 is easy by any means...it's much easier to hit a hole in one in golf than to throw 12 strikes in a row....and to do the 800 plus thing is an even greater accomplishment...
