chiefridr
No such thing as global warming. Anyone who can come up with a scam like that, make a bullshit documentary on the topic that wins an oscar, buffaloes the majority of the world into thinking it's a credible theory, and then wins a fucking nobel prize or whatever the hell it is to boot? Wow, I think I gotta bridge and some prime swampland to sell these fucking people! This asshole Gore is such a good scammer!!! Wish I had half his bullshitting ability. Big Iron 465
Boy, do I have a soap box for this one...but I'll stay off it...this time. The thing that has always irratated me about the greenhouse gases theory, and I don't TOTALLY dismiss the possibility of an impact, but those folks never seem to say anything whatsoever about the possibility of historical, cyclic nature of planetary temperature (Mother Earth HAS lived through at least 2 ice ages that we know of...not to mention all the tropical eras), simply the exponential increase of the human animal all over the planet not to mention the food animals that all provide radiant body temperature and methane bursts having any impact... Or, my first point...cyclic nature of temperature is the simple, correct answer...hell, I don't know... Oops, I did get on that soap box for a minute... I'll go away now... firebird77clone
sorry dudes, global warming is REAL. It is just about un-deniable, that global warming IS happening, and would BE happening even if man weren't in the equasion. However, the extent to which man is contributing to the effect is debatable. At any rate, having the third world countries triple their emissions output every year can't be good. there is NO way the US can compensate for that much smog. However, we are doing a good start, by sending all our manufacturing over there. ( SIC )
Vagabondjpm
It doesn’t matter if Global Warming is real or fake, the average person believes in it. Even if they don’t, most choose to not voice the contradicting opinion. If people say it MUST be true, or don’t contradict it, in the court of public opinion it is true. Why doe public opinion matter? Who votes in the politicians? You guessed it, the public. The politicians only feel what the voting majority feel, so they can be reelected, as pass policies the give support to the public. The public feels the government must be right by the policies they make and so Global Warming must be true so they elect politicians that reflect their view, etc etc etc Based on this logic, Global Warming is happening and it is because of man. Everybody knows that and if you don’t, you’re just denying the truth. Ride safe, Vagabond

Fat Charlie
Some activist are claming that methane gas produced by our cattle is helping to destroy the ozone. I have to wonder why that didn't happen during the hundreds of years vast heards of Bison roamed the continent.

Gary2Wheels
...ever heard that old wisdom 'don't shit where you eat'?LR,if you're that pissed at the possibility Gore et al may be right.....OK,you're entitled to your view. However it's a fact we have mercury throughout the seas and foodchain,a vastly eroded ozone layer,a multitude of species gone extinct,PCB's in our rivers, unprecidented burning of rain forest, and timber harvesting around the globe...a wiser choice may be to observe and consider the GOP corporate model based in consumption and destruction, and instead, choose one of conservation and preservation. The less advanced nations....AND we,have only evolved to this point by it's fundamental reverence of life on the planet. What am I missing??
