TallRider
Ok . . . I tried this once already . . . Mike's helping me out . . . but I'm a slow learner . . . These were taken a week ago last Thursday on the Mulkilteo - Clinton ferry run during one of our typical late Fall windstorms. By this time, they were only loading the car decks half full up to amidships (the motorcycles are usually loaded forward). Fortunately, the Seattle - Bainbridge run is further south and was calmer but not by much.

hburns
Yeah pretty cool lookin' unless your one of the poor fuckers down on the car deck tryin' to keep your scoot shiny side up! Done that more than once... I finally learned my lesson. When the weather is looking like gettin' that bad, I work from home! Last year when this happened we had a several bike go over on the Southworth-Vashon-Fauntleroy run. One of the many joys of living and riding in the Great Pacific Northwest! All that said, those are some cool pix! --Hal

indian T
Cool pics. I probably would have been next to Micmac hanging over the rail, losing my breakfast.
Boss
Had a few trips like that when we lived on the gulf islands, Galiano. One winter storm we were out in the straight for 7 hours waiting for the wind to die down so we could get home. It wasn't long after that the wife wanted to move back to the mainland. Those are some cool pics and thanks for posting.
Micmac
T, that's why I didn't join the Navy like the rest of my family! I hate seasickness.
indian T
I hear ya... Ain't nothing worse than being seasick....what a miserable feeling. I can go sailing on choppy waters and be fine...then i can go on days where the water is nice and it feels like my guts want to exit through my mouth. you never know.
