Falcon Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 It was announced today that London based South African Brewery (Miller) has just merged U.S. operations with Colorado based MolsonCoors company (Coors). Pete will become the Chairman, and his old CEO Leo Kiely will become CEO with a 42% interest, while SABMiller maintains a 58% interest. Voting will be equal interest, however. New company will be called MillerCoors. Seems both companies are under the impression that combined they can give Budweiser a run for that 50% market share they have. The plan?
