Retro
I recieved a letter from the Veterans Administration saying that my "personal" records may be 1 of the 26.5 million records that were stolen a few weeks ago. The letter said the data was stolen from an employees home. and I "" "The employee's home was burglarized and this data was stolen. The data contained idenifiable information including names, social security numbers, and dates of birth for up to 26.5 million veterens and some spouses, as well as some disability ratings. As a result to this incident, information identifiable with you was potentially exposed to others." That part about "The employee's home was burglarized" cracks me up! Like some shmo just happen to have boxes and boxes and boxes of documents stacked up in his closet. Why was it in his home in the first place? Morons I tell ya!
