Memfuss Chief
I doubt that very seriously. It's New Orleans you know. My concern is with the Relief Funds rolling in who is watching the Lousianna Politicians and how they are spending it. They don't have a very good track record. Guest_ikonboard
Those ain't Cops. They're fucking THIEVES!!! During the L.A. riots and during the big earthquakes in California 100% of the cops showed up to work and none looted. Same in NYC on 9-11. Hell, retired cops and firemen showed up in these cases because they saw what was happening and they knew what needed to be done. Many of these fine examples of public servants lost homes and family members during these tragic events but never forgot that they swore an oath to protect and serve. Oh, and after it was over they did not get extra paid vacations and all expense paid trips for their families.

Neither did Police and FF's in New Orleans, they were promised them but when they showed up, turns out it was just a little joke. No trips available. Also in the other responses you mentioned, horrible as they were, when the responders were finished they went home. These responders have no homes. Dozer
Lower the standards to meet quoata's. Shoot the looters as the law allows. You got water, food, milk, a blanket. I'll help you load it. Ya got beer and a TV, I'll load my gun.
MYNDN
Lower the standards to meet quoata's. Shoot the looters as the law allows. You got water, food, milk, a blanket. I'll help you load it. Ya got beer and a TV, I'll load my gun. That is exactly how our teams handled it. Can't wait to get down there and try to find the low lifes who were firing on workers as they tried to repair the breaks and pump out water.
