Everyone should read this....

I apologize for the cross post, but the title didn't seem to convey my intention nor would it pike everyone's curiosity.....

After talking with someone earlier today, they had mentioned a gripe with Stellican and It got me to thinking :uhoh:

We need, as an entire group, to write to Stellican, call or email, send smoke signals (of varying origin) and what ever method each desires and request, demand or plead for them to contact the suppliers and allow them to go back into production on parts.  Logo'd parts, such as those from Thunder heart and all the other dealers.  Primary's, head lights, passenger floorboards, engine oil filters etc. etc. etc...

We shouldn't have to continue to pay ridiculous prices to maintain and dress the awesome bikes.  What a gift that would be to the current orphaned owners of an Indian treasure.  It would be easy and I am sure they could quickly come up with an agreement on licensing issues and royalties that they are rightfully  entitled to.  As there must have been a previous agreement on file with IMC/AUDAX.  What do you all think?  Am I crazy? Does this sound plausible?

Nope, doesn't sound crazy at all though I wonder if there's someone on this forum that corresponds with Stellican on a regular basis rather than all of us flooding them with E-mails.  (But then, maybe that's what it will take.)

I've been looking for a seat pan for weeks now.  Called Corbin this week and they don't sell (have) seat pans becuase they do some kinda foam injection thingy.

I've been tempted to Dave Wright to make the very point you made but my frustration hasn't quite run out.  But it's getting damn close.
